GeekedAI builds software for people who trade. This page is the agreement between you (the person using our products) and us (GeekedAI, San Jose, CA). Last updated May 26, 2026.

What you're using

GeekedAI runs three things: GeekTrades (an AI trading platform that connects to your brokerage account), QuantTrades (a marketplace of trading bots built by independent developers), and The Edge (a course on building your own quantitative strategies). Each is governed by these terms.

What we are not

• We are not a broker, dealer, or registered investment adviser.
• We do not hold your money or your securities — your broker does.
• Nothing on the site is investment, tax, or legal advice.
• We do not guarantee that any strategy will be profitable. Past performance does not predict future results.

Your account

You need to be at least 18 and legally allowed to use a brokerage account in your country. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. If you connect a real-money brokerage account, every trade the AI places is your trade — you stay in control of the kill switch.

Subscriptions and payments

GeekTrades costs $20 per month after the first month free. The Edge course is $5 per week. QuantTrades bot purchases are one-time payments, sold by independent vendors — GeekedAI takes a flat 20% platform fee and the vendor keeps 80%. You can cancel any subscription any time; we don't refund partial months.

Risk

Trading equities, ETFs, options, and crypto carries substantial risk of loss, including loss greater than your deposit on margin or options accounts. Automated strategies do not eliminate risk — they just remove emotion. We strongly recommend running every strategy in paper-trading mode before deploying real capital.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break the platform, reverse-engineer the models, share your account with others, or use GeekedAI for anything illegal. If you list a bot on QuantTrades, you warrant that the code is yours to sell and isn't malware.

Termination

You can leave any time — close your account from the dashboard and we delete it. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, GeekedAI's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages of any kind.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes get an email or banner notice; continuing to use the service after the change counts as acceptance. The previous version stays linked at the bottom for reference.
